A Special Board meeting of the LeRoy Sanitary District with a closed session will be conducted on October 7, 2026 at 6 pm for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the District who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy in litigation in which the District is or is likely to become involved and to deliberate and negotiate the conduct of public business concerning the dispute with the City of Mayville, including discussion of impediments to reaching a resolution without litigation and potential negotiation strategies and options.
