Your revaluation was mailed out 8/13/2026 from the assessor. The average assessment is going up 82%. Don’t call the Town, we do not do the assessment. We have to be in compliance with what the State wants and this revaluation takes the Town up to 100% market value.

If you want to talk to the assessor, you need to call our assessor contact – Jodi Paulson at 920-571-1593 to set up at time to talk to her on August 27, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Look at the letter that is enclosed with the revaluation, it tells you want to do and what to expect when meeting with the assessor.

Remember when your assessment goes up the mill rate will go down.
