NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC – Consideration of executing a contract for Seal Coating roads

TOWN OF LEROY

Please take note that the LeRoy Town Board will consider executing a contract with Thunder Road or Scott Construction for more than $5000.00 but not more than $25,000.00 per road project for seal coating on Panzer Road, Ledge Road from Centerline Road to CTY Z, Bauer Road from CTY Y to Dairy Road, Centerline Road from CTY YY to Zangl Road in the Town of LeRoy for 2024. This action will take place at a meeting of the Board on May 1, 2024 at 6:30 PM at the LeRoy Town Hall, N10725 CTY YY, Lomira, WI 53050.
